Duties and responsibilities

  • Coordinate with team leaders/teams members about data entry ( attendance sheets.. related sheets )
  • Responsible for daily data entry.
  • Responsible for filling the relevant forms with the required information and data.
  • Contribute in the preparation and review of reports (weekly / monthly / quarterly) related to field activities for donors.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports when necessary.
  • Update the data and share with the reporting personnel.
  • Support the field staff in preparing the processed data.
  • Contribute to the development of new tools for data collection and analysis.
  • Support in the preparation of standard documents.
  • Develop and implement procedures for effective data management.
  • Attend meetings, trainings and events held in offices or outside office.

 

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor Degree related to relevant experience  
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Quick Decision-making.
  • Good at excel forms.
  • Knows how to write an organized report.
  • Fluent in speaking and writing both Arabic and English Language.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and handle stress.
  •  Understands the work with cross-cultural setting
  • Team player and network building.
