Hybrid Security Provision For Syrian Refugees: Learning From Research And Experience, Roundtable Discussion
International Alert and Lebanon Support have the pleasure to invite you to a roundtable discussion on the local security responses to the Syrian refugee crisis. The roundtable aims to stimulate discussion on the preliminary findings of Lebanon Support’s research on local security dynamics in three locations in Lebanon. It furthers aims to prompt a reflection on approaches to ensuring security at the local level. To stimulate the discussion, speakers from Jordan’s Syrian Refugee Affairs Directorate, Siren Associates and AJEM will share their experiences from initiatives supporting and researching community security in Jordan and Lebanon.
The roundtable takes place in the framework of a joint project implemented by Lebanon Support and International Alert on security provision for Syrian Refugees in Lebanon’s hybrid security system.
