How can scientific research inform programmatic interventions and policy-making?
Lebanon Support’s Migration Study Week* offers a participatory, interdisciplinary, innovative, and intensive immersion in migration issues in the Middle East. It provides a space for synergies, networking, and sharing experiences between scholars and practitioners in the region, in view of facilitating multi-disciplinary collaboration.
At a time when the theme of “migration” is increasingly ubiquitous, but with little efforts to combine between the national (macro-), subnational/local (meso-), and individual (micro-) levels, and to convey policy recommendations based on localised research.
In this vein, and during the course of this week, we will be hosting the following public event:

“How can scientific research inform programmatic interventions and policy-making?” at SmallVille Hotel (Badaro).
A round table will gather scholars and practitioners to discuss effective ways to more evidence-based programmatic interventions and policy making.
