Description: 

Responsibilities:
•    Refer to the capacity assessment tool for the psychosocial work with GBV survivors/cases in RDFL centres.
•    Develop a Step by step guidance manual for RDFL social workers on addressing GBV cases.
•    Deliver a two-day TOT to RDFL GBV key staff on the guidance manual.
•    Coordinate closely with the Consultant of capacity assessment.

Experience and technical competencies: 
•    Advanced university degree in Psychology, social sciences, or gender and development or related field;
•    5-7 years of increasingly responsible relevant professional experience
•    Extensive knowledge of the Lebanese context, legal apparatus, as well as a current challenge;
•    Extensive knowledge of gender issues in development, particularly GBV, including relevant international human rights standards;
•    Experience in capacity assessment: Qualitative and quantitative research is a plus
•    Prior experience in psychosocial support 
•    Experience in utilizing the following internationals tools: GBV Standard Operating Procedures; GBV Information Management System; IASC GBV Guidelines; IAC PSS Guidelines, IASC Gender Handbook; GBV Coordination Handbook; WHO Ethical and Safety Recommendations;
•    Previous experience in writing Guidelines/manuals
•    Strong ability to draft, edit, and produce results-focused reports meeting international standards;
•    Strong verbal and written communications skills

Languages: 

•    Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
