Focused Psychosocial Support Trainer
RDFL is seeking an FPSS Trainer for the following locations: Tripoli, Beirut, and Saida.

Role Overview:
The Focused Psychosocial Support (PSS) Facilitator is responsible for providing targeted psychosocial support activities to women at high risk, enhancing their resilience and wellbeing.
Activities must align with organizational and interagency guidelines, aiming to positively impact vulnerable women and girls.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and Implementation:
Assist outreach teams in identifying and assessing women for PSS activities.
Develop action plans for group-based PSS sessions addressing key community issues.
Conduct periodic sessions and adapt based on feedback from participants and the project coordinator.
Ensure activities are safe, appropriate, and meet minimum standards.
Plan resources needed for interventions, including materials and support.
Refer women in need of specialized medical or nutritional care to the relevant services.
Identify women at risk of harm and ensure appropriate referrals.
Represent RDFL in relevant training, field visits, and meetings.
Reporting and Data Management:
Regularly report on field progress and protection monitoring, including quantitative and qualitative data.
Keep accurate records on activities, beneficiaries, and outcomes.
Adherence to Organizational Policies:
Follow RDFL's ethical guidelines and safeguarding policies, including preventing sexual exploitation and abuse.
Actively participate in meetings and ensure the “Do No Harm” principle is upheld.
Undertake other related tasks as assigned by the project manager.
Focus on Inclusion:
Ensure engagement of women with disabilities in PSS activities and ensure their protection throughout the process.
Job Qualifications:
· Education: Psychology, Sociology, or any other related field
· Experience: At least 2 years’ experience working with women and preferably high-risk
women and/or refugee/vulnerable population
· Strong facilitation and organizational skills
· Motivated-and ability to work in a team
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Excellent communication skills (including active listening)
· Self and time management
· English and Arabic
· Driving liscenc
