The Lebanese Observatory for Workers & Employees Rights (LWRO) aims at achieving social justice and legal protection to all workers in Lebanon without discrimination.

LWRO seeks to achieve its mission and strategic goal that aims at protecting the rights of all workers in Lebanon by developing gender-sensitive and human rights-based social protection programs and legal frameworks. Our theory of change works at different interlinked pillars guided by the five interrelated principles of social justice: access, equity, participation, gender equality and human rights.

Programmatic areas: - Empowering workers in Lebanon through labor rights literacy and awareness raising. - Advocating for inclusive and non-discriminatory labor law, legislation and social protection policies based on gender equality and decent work. - Advocating for the democratization of trade union movement.
