About the program:
LLWB, in partnership with the British Embassy, has initiated the "Supporting Women on Boards of Syndicates, Universities, and Organizations" Project. The primary goal of this project is to address the challenges of women's participation in decision-making positions and to facilitate and increase female representation on the boards of syndicates, universities, and organizations, promoting gender equality and diversity in decision-making positions.
Consultancy Summary:
The purpose of this consultancy is to outline the terms and expectations for the engagement of a professional podcast videographer to capture and produce high-quality video content for our podcast.
Goals and Objectives:
The consultant will be expected to do the following:
- Recording Sessions:
- Attend scheduled podcast recording sessions.
- Set up and operate video recording equipment to capture high-quality footage.
- Ensure proper lighting, framing, and audio synchronization for optimal video quality.
- Editing and post-production:
- Edit video footage to create visually engaging content.
- Add necessary graphics, overlays, and animations as required.
- Ensure the final video product aligns with the branding guidelines of the podcast.
- Content Delivery:
- Provide edited video content in the agreed-upon format and resolution.
- Deliver videos promptly after each recording session or within the agreed-upon timeframe.
- Equipment and Technical Requirements:
- The videographer is responsible for providing their own equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices.
- Ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.
Timeline:
The assignment is expected to start on March 5, 2024; The reporting of the assignment is expected by the end on March 31, 2024.
Required Profile:
The contractors are expected to possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as a videographer, preferably with a portfolio showcasing previous podcast video projects.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Creative eye for capturing visually engaging shots and creating compelling visual stories.
- Attention to detail in framing, composition, and overall aesthetics.
- Understanding of lighting techniques and the ability to set up lighting equipment for optimal video quality.
- Knowledge of audio recording equipment and techniques to ensure high-quality sound.
