Videographer Consultancy: Capturing Women on Board in CSOs.
About the Program:
LLWB, in partnership with UK embassy Foreign, Commonwealth & Development office (FCDO) is leading on a project that aims to facilitate and increase female representation on the boards of organisations, syndicates, and universities, promoting gender equality and diversity in decision-making positions.
LLWB is seeking to recruit a videographer to shoot 6 podcast episodes (30 mins each) within a period of 4 month, focusing on:
- Gender Audit, Training, Mentoring, and ESA Certification – four separate episodes.
- Mapping and Study on Public Institutions– One episode.
- Revamping the Women on Board Law – One episode.
- The episodes will take place in LLWB’s Beirut Offices. The videographer will have to videotape the podcast, using the shooting equipment and podcast set up provided by LLWB (LLWB has 3 cameras, and lighting and microphones for the podcasts).
- Specific Tasks of consultant to be recruited:
- Capture high-quality video and audio of the 6 podcast sessions.
- Ensure professional lighting and sound quality.
- Collaborate with podcast hosts and guests to capture engaging footage.
- Create 1 trailer and 1 social media teaser for each episode. (6 Trailers and 6 Social Media teasers)
- Edit footage to produce polished podcast episodes.
- Deliver final video episodes ready for distribution to LLWB.
- Adherence to LLWB's branding guidelines for video content.
- Timely delivery of all materials according to the agreed schedule.
- The videographer should be capable of inserting the bilingual (English and Arabic) translation content as required for transcription and editing before sending final 30 min episode.
- Timeline:
- The assignment will take place from November until February; the videographer needs to adapt to the guests of LLWB and its host schedule for the 6 podcasts.
- Deliverables:
- Final Edited video episodes of the podcast sessions of 30 minutes each episode, including translation.
- Prepare 3 teasers of maximum 15 seconds each with main ideas to cover each episode. (6 teasers for the 2 episodes) and 30 seconds wrap up trailer for each episode. (2 Wrap up trailer of 30 seconds each)
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience in videography and video editing.
- Ability to handle professional video equipment and sound equipment and lighting equipment, and editing software
- Understanding of podcast production dynamics is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Previous experience in podcast production or related fields is a plus. With this call for proposal, LLWB requests interested experts to express their interest and send a cover letter with clear commitment to conducting the Training, the expert needs to send a financial proposal covering all the above deliverables and ensure that MOF certification is needed.

- An updated CV (Curriculum Vitae) highlighting shooting of videos and editing online video materials experience (in PDF).
- Provision of at least 2 pre-recorded videos and podcasts links as portfolio.
- A financial proposal including the net rate in dollar for shooting the 6 episodes using LLWB video material (the 3 cameras, microphones, sound system and lighting) and for the deliverables requested above (6 videos of 30 min) the financial offer should cover all the above with a Net rate in USD dollars and needs to include all the above-mentioned deliverables, including all taxes and charges by consultant videographer/editor in PDF. Title of Document should be Financial Proposal for 2 Podcasts episodes shooting and editing trailers.
- Copy of passports or IDs and Lebanese MOF registration documents.
- Deadline for applications is 14 November 12:00 Noon time (Lebanon time).
