About the program

LLWB, in partnership with the British Embassy, has initiated the "Supporting Women on Boards of Syndicates, Universities, and Organizations" Project. The primary goal of this project is to address the challenges of women's participation in decision-making positions and to facilitate and increase female representation on the boards of syndicates, universities, and organizations, promoting gender equality and diversity in decision-making positions.


Consultancy Summary

The content developer will be responsible for developing a comprehensive content focused on leadership and management, with practical insights, strategies, and best practices to enhance leadership skills and effectively manage teams and projects.

Scope of Work

The content developer will be responsible for creating engaging and informative material. The content should cover various aspects of leadership and management, including but not limited to:


  • Effective communication strategies for leaders.
  • Decision-making frameworks.
  • Team building and motivation techniques.
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Time management and prioritization methods for leaders.
  • Emotional intelligence and its role in leadership.



The assignment is expected to take place during the month of March 2024.


Expected deliverables

The content developer will be required to produce the following deliverables in both languages, Arabic and English:

  • A detailed outline of the content, including topics to be covered and key points to be addressed.
  • Written content in the form of articles, case studies, or other formats as appropriate.
  • PowerPoint Presentation to accompany the written material.
  • Recommendations for resources, including articles, videos, and online courses related to leadership and management.



The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content development, particularly in the field of leadership and management.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Familiarity with current trends and best practices in leadership and management.
