Senior Legal Expert with deep knowledge in the Religious Courts and the Children Rights (Study on Child Best Interests)

LFPCP is recruiting a senior expert specialized in the religious courts in Lebanon, with an emphasis on international legal instruments, international human rights standards, children’s rights, and/or juridical trial principles, to conduct a desk review and develop a study and principal guidelines and criteria for the best interests of the child in Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, human rights, children’s rights, religious courts in Lebanon, and experience in conducting a desk review, interviews, research, and developing a study and guidelines.

How to apply

Applicants should have a proven, long-standing experience in content development, law, religious courts in Lebanon, human rights with a focus on Children’s Rights, personal status laws, and a proficient level of Arabic and English.

Candidates who do not meet the stated criteria will not be considered in the application process.
