Admin/Finance assistant
Assist the Admin/Finance Officer in his daliy duties.
Assist the Admin/Finance Officer in HR duties.
Carry out the instructions given by the Admin/Finance Officer.
Organisation and control of his daily duties.
Be responsible for the implementation of the Admin/Finance procedures in accordance with the LAMiNDA standard operating procedures.
Maintenance of discipline and moral within the department.
Work closely together with Admin/Finance Officer on day to day planing. Stand out as a good example and a role model for the team.
Produce proper records & reports on all aspects of Admin/Finance according to demands of Admin/Fiance Officer.
Be directly responsible accountable for the work instructions issued to him/her. He/she must ensure that his/her perfromance is as per set standards of LAMiNDA.
Expect to participate in training before,under and during the contract period.
Be updated with information related to Admin/Finance procedures.
Carry out any instructions given to him by his/her superior professionally and in an adequate maner.
Report fit and on time for work.
Lebanese national.
Arabic literate.
1 to 2 years previous experience in similar position.
Mental and physical fitness..
Courteous treatment of and assistance to all LAMiNDA staff and visitors.
Able to work under stress.
Good conduct.
