M&E Specialist
The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will develop a systematic monitoring framework, in line with LADE’s projects activities and programmatic strategy, to improve the qualitative and quantitative evidence gathered from 2022 election’s operation and develop a systematic monitoring framework. The M&E officer will contribute in enhancing the internal monitoring assessment and compliance.
The M&E specialist is entitled to:
- Assist LADE to develop monitoring and evaluation plan for projects’ activities in consultation within LADE’s divisions/ departments and Districts’ Coordinators.
- Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection, and evaluation procedures.
- Develop Performance Monitoring Plan and Tracking tables with relevant data collection systems for the operation’s project under implementation.
- Monitor project progress towards achieving the project outcome.
- Develop simple and user category wise monitoring format and its guidelines to be used in monitoring process.
- Submit a Report activities evaluation to LADE’s executive director and Program Manager.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in statistics, business administration, data science, or other relevant field – MA degree is a plus.
- At least 4 years’ experience in Monitoring and Evaluation.
- Non-profit experience, with experience with fund/grants accounting preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong report writing and documentation skills.

Practical knowledge of participatory community development principles and practices, including participatory planning, monitoring and evaluation
