Lebanese Alternative Learning (LAL)
Project Brief for Marketing Consultant
Project Overview
Lebanese Alternative Learning (LAL) is an edtech NGO dedicated to combating educational inequality in Lebanon and empowering education through technology. By leveraging digital tools, LAL expands access to quality learning for underserved communities, particularly those affected by economic and social challenges. Through its digital platforms, Tabshoura and Lalmoudaress, LAL equips students and teachers across Lebanon with essential educational resources.

Currently, LAL is addressing an urgent emergency education response: Due to a recent conflict, 1.2 million people, including 350,000 students, have been displaced, and educational institutions across Lebanon face extreme pressure. LAL is launching a project to set up 10 educational domes in migration hubs across the country to ensure these students have access to consistent, quality education.
LAL is also pursuing an additional avenue that seeks to ensure its financial sustainability through commercial activities: It has opened a department called “ConsultEd Solutions” through which it will leverage both of its expertise, pedagogy and digitalization, to address the growing need of corporations to digitalize their corporate development and their onboarding procedures.
