Consultant – Communication Specialist

JWF is looking to hire an experienced communication specialist - consultant to create 10 social media posts, leaflet, an info card and designing Antibullying toolkit, and antibullying brochure to announce the helpline services of JWF, and assist in the dissemination of the Antibullying toolkit developed.

 

  1. Assignment Overview

A communication specialist will be creating 10 social media posts, a leaflet and, an info card and designing Antibullying toolkit, and antibullying brochure to announce the helpline services of JWF, and assist in the dissemination of the Antibullying toolkit developed.. The posts will explain about the legal services of JWF and precise subjects of the services, and to encourage the audience to contact us and report. These posts will be shared on JWF’s all social media platform and the leaflet and info graph will be distributed to JWF beneficiaries.

  1. Tasks and Deliverables:

The consultant will be designing the followings to announce and promote JWF’s helpline:

-              Creation of 10 highly engaging and informative social media posts/content

-              Design and production of professionally crafted leaflets announcing the helpline

-              Development of informative and visually appealing information cards announcing the helpline.

-              Developing Antibullying Toolkit

-              Developing Brochure for Antibullying for children (up to 4 pages maximum)

 

The Consultant will be reporting directly to the director of the organisation.

  1. TimeLine: 21 working days in total needed to complete the below deliverables.
  • 10 social media post
  • Leaflets
  • Info card
  • Digital Brochure Antibullying
  • Digital Antibullying Toolkit

 

  1. Skills and Experience Required:

- At least two years of experience working as a graphic designer in a professional setting

- Demonstrated experience in producing brochures and publications

- Preferably, experience producing publications targeting children

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and InDesign

- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce error-free designs

- Experience with a humanitarian or international organization is preferable

- Organized and able to meet deadlines

- Good time management
