القيام بالاعمال الخيرية والاجتماعية والتعليمية والتنموية واقامة المرافق التربوية والصحية والثقافية والاجتماعية ومن دون أي تمييز ديني أو اجتماعي أو عنصري وذلك بالتعاون مع أهل الخبرة والاختصاص .
العمل على احياء وترقية وحماية التراث الثقافي المادي وغير المادي ودعم وتطوير الصناعات التقليدية واجراء الابحاث والدراسات المختلفة : الثقافية والاجتماعية والتاريخية حولها .
إعداد وتنفيذ مشاريع ودراسات ورسم استراتيجيات حول الشباب والبيئة والتنمية وحقوق الانسان والديمقراطية ومكافحة الفساد .
توفير خدمات الأبحاث والدراسات المختلفة للمؤسسات والمنظمات العاملة في المجال الإنساني سواء في لبنان أوخارج لبنان.
توفير خدمات المراقبة والتقييم للأنشطة الانسانية والتنموية المقدمة لدعم الفئات الضعيفة في المجتمع.
نشر الدراسات والابحاث والكتب وكل ما يتعلق بما ذكر أعلاه بصورة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة وذلك بالتعاون مع أهل الخبرة والاختصاص وفقاً للقانون والانظمة المرعية الاجراء وبما يحقيق أهداف الشركة .
التنسيق و التشبيك واقامة أنشطة مشتركة وعلاقات اجتماعية تعاونية مع الجهات والهيئات والبلديات والجمعيات ذات العلاقة والمماثلة والشخصيات الاجتماعية بما يتوافق ويحقق أهداف الجمعية
المساهمة في تنمية المهارات الشخصية لدى المرأة والطفل وتمكينهم من التحصيل العلمي والرفاه النفسي والاجتماعي .
