How to apply
Applicant must submit the below documents no later than 26 August 2022 in order to be considered for the consultancy.
- CV demonstrating qualifications and relevant previous experience.
- A Proposal including the needs assessment matrix (methods and sampling for each question), the gender approach, the Do No Harm measures, the action plan, and the work schedule.
- Detailed budget including line items for fees associated with phases and deliverables.
- 3 examples of completed needs assessments where the applicant is the lead researcher.
- 2 references from organizations who can verify the quality of the applicant’s work.
COMPANIES OR FIRMS applying should include:
- Company's Profile
- Evidence of business registration
- Evidence of Tax registration/Tax ID Number
Please note that incomplete applications will not be considered.
Selection will be made according to the following criteria:
- Quality of the financial offer: realism of the proposed costs, adequacy between the budget and the technical offer
- Consultant's ability to conduct research in the area of education, MHPSS, livelihoods, Protection, and Social Stability in emergency response settings and knowledge of methodology
- Quality of reports submitted by the consultant as a sample
- Consultant's ability to conduct the study on time
