CALL FOR PROPOSALS ON LOCAL AUTHORITIES: IMPROVING INFRASTRUCTURE AND SERVICE DELIVERY AT MUNICIPAL LEVEL

The “Resilience & Social Cohesion Programme (RSCP) - strengthening the resilience of host communities and Syrian refugees in Lebanon, Jordan and Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRI)” is a regional action funded by the European “Madad” Trust Fund and composed by two independent components, one implemented by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS) and one by the French Development Agency (AFD).

The overall objective of the action is to improve the living conditions and promote the resilience of the most vulnerable populations in Lebanon, Jordan and KRI. Moreover, in line with national priorities (crisis response plans), it aims at building the capacities of national institutions, both at central and local levels, and at strengthening the role of the civil society (NGOs and CSOs), providing effective instruments to enable the development of medium-long term sustainable delivery solutions.

AICS launched an open call for proposals with the aim of identifying priority interventions focusing on the improvement of municipal infrastructure and services and contribute to the response to the Syrian Crisis.
