Key Responsibilities

  • Donor Deployments:
    • Coordinate and facilitate the deployment of donors to project sites, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all involved parties.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for donors’ deployments, addressing inquiries and providing necessary support.
  • Implementation Planning:
    • Develop comprehensive implementation plans for projects, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
    • Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and donor expectations.
  • Logistical Arrangements:
    • Coordinate logistics for project implementation, including but not limited to hotel reservations, transportation, and other bookings.
    • Ensure all logistical arrangements adhere to organizational policies and ethical standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements, expectations, and feedback.
    • Foster positive relationships with project partners, local communities, and relevant authorities.
  • Team Coordination:
    • Collaborate with project managers/coordinators and teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination during the implementation phase.
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
  • Budget Management:
    • Work closely with the finance team to monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
    • Provide regular updates on budgetary performance to senior management and donors.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project implementation, proactively addressing challenges to ensure project success.
    • Implement and monitor risk management strategies to safeguard project outcomes.
  • In addition to the specified work outlined above, the Implementation Manager is entitled to take on any additional duties by the management that contribute to the organization's goals and mission. Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English language
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., project management, international development).
  • Proven experience in project implementation, community engagement, and shelter management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with donor relations and deployment processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
