TENDER NOTICE – Hygiene kits 2020 Islamic Relief Worldwide – Lebanon Office

Sealed tenders are invited by Islamic Relief Lebanon, for the supply of Hygiene kits for the year 2020.
Deadline of submission of Tender: 27.05.2020 at 13:00 Hrs by hand in the tender box that found in the reception area in the building.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for consideration of this tender, a tenderer should meet the following requirements:

1. Company Registered and has a financial number and VAT number.
2. Flexible in payments.
3. Has a working experience in the requested items.
4. Clear quotation stamped and signed by the company name.
5. Has a bank account by the company name (same as company name used to apply to tender) and can receive external bank transfer.
6. Delivery cost must be mentioned on the quotation.
7. Not quotation will be accepted through email, please submit them to the office (address above, sealed and stamped).
8. Pricing should be fixed in case it was in LBP, USD pricing is more recommended as there will be option of bank transfer.

Note: requested quantity from 7000 to 9000 Kits.
