Ramadan Food Basket Tender# IRL - T2025 - 001

The Ramadan project is the flagship project of Islamic Relief, with the objective of addressing the nutrition and food security concerns of the most vulnerable families during the holy month of Ramadan. This project aims to provide essential food items and assistance to those in need, ensuring that they have access to nutritious meals and can observe Ramadan with dignity. The project ensures that the selected families can meet their religious obligations during the month of Ramadan with dignity and respect by distributing 42 kilogrammes of food parcels containing essential everyday cooking and ready-to-eat items.

 Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for consideration of this tender, a tenderer should meet the
following requirements:

1.Company VAT Registered and has a financial
number.
2. Flexible in payments
3. Clear quotation stamped and signed by the company name.
4. Has a bank account by the company name and can receive external bank
transfer.
5. Distribution and labor cost should be included and mentioned on the
quotations.
