1. Vet or hospital has to show all his document (diploma, certificates, etc …..) and has to be legally authorized by the Lebanese ministry of health.
    
2.  Vet has to present in the slaughtering house that the second party will slaughter the calves in, to check the animals before and after the slaughtering process during Adha Eid.
3. The Vet must do the following:

• Checking the animals before slaughtering.
• Checking the animals after slaughtering.
• Be sure of the slaughtering process
• Be sure from the fresh meat that extracted from the slaughtered calves that it’s good for the human consumption.
• Checking the meat after packaging
• Checking the temperature degree of the mobile fridges if it’s suitable before the delivery process.
• Has to monitor the meat issuance process from the fridges.
• Has to check the meat before distribution process
• Writing a report, stamp it and handle it to logistics department in Islamic Relief.

1. The Vet must be ready anytime needed from the second part to do other tasks under his domain.
2. The Vet or the hospital should have a team ready to be distributed on all the distribution areas needed and in all the slaughtering places ( a possibility on more than one slaughtering house could be selected).
