Call for Proposal - Support Training Hotline Helpers

This Request for Proposal falls under the project entitled ‘Supporting Beirut’s Immediate Social Recovery Services” funded by the World Bank. All activities carried out by the IRC partners under this project are fully funded by the Bank.

The IRC aims to establish one partnership with a LNGO through an open competitive selection process in Beirut and Mount Lebanon areas.

The partnership aims to achieve the following outcomes:

  • Sub-grantee to work closely with the team leading on the implementation of the new GBV Case Management SoPs, reported through quarterly narrative reports and monthly progress reports.
  • Sub-grantee to assess the needs and knowledge of the existing hotline helpers, reported through quarterly narrative reports and monthly progress reports.
  • Sub-grantee to develop a plan to train hotline helpers, along with the team leading on the implementation of the SoPs, reported through quarterly narrative reports.
  • Sub-grantee to provide trainings to hotline helpers on these SoPs, reported through quarterly narrative reports and monthly progress reports, and pre and post-tests (To be determined by the selected partner on the frequency of the tests).
  • Sub-grantee to provide to coach and follow-up with hotline helpers, reported through quarterly narrative reports and monthly progress reports.
  • Sub-grantee to provide a report on the implementation and the increase in knowledge after the training and coaching, reported through the final narrative and progress reports, and compiled pre and post-tests.
  • Sub-grantee is covering the training costs of the hotline helpers, reported through financial reports (frequency to be determined).

Target: To Be Determined based on the assessment and the available number of hotline helpers to be trained from the Internal Security Force (ISF).
