Description: 

Responsibilities:

  • Assists the line manager in carrying out RFL activities relevant to the file.
  • Performs internal and external follow-up of individual cases under the supervision of the line manager.
  • Undertakes filing and archiving tasks in line with standard procedures.
  • Translates or interprets upon request.
  • Contributes to reporting and the collection of statistical data.
  • Carries out administrative tasks relating to the follow-up of RFL activities.
  • Internally, interacts with colleagues on matters relating to RFL.
  • Externally, communicates with a network of contacts such as other ICRC delegations, National Society and civilians, under the supervision of the line manager and subject to a staff risk management requirement.
  • In charge of small- or medium-scale RFL activities.

Professional Experience required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field.
