Invitation for Tenders for AV Systems

INITIATE is a Nongovernmental, nonprofit, youth-oriented organization based in Lebanon and dedicated to assisting vulnerable communities through youth inclusion and empowerment. While keeping youth at its focus of its mission, INITIATE continually endeavors in creating comprehensive and inclusive programs aimed towards the empowerment of youth, and its concentric circles of influence. 

In the process of delivering its Mission INITIATE aspires to keeping its status as a hub for youth allowing them to: access a safe space, and acquire knowledge and access to a network of social and political influencers enhancing their social participation in decision making processes.

Within 1001 nights project funded by The European Regional Development and Protection program, TCODE- INITIATE is opening a call for tenders for up to 255 AV systems.

1. Definition and Quantity

For the purpose of this tender an AV system is composed of:

• One projector
• One portable speaker

Total number of Items needed are:

• 255 projectors
• 255 portable speakers

1. Minimum specifications:

1. Projector:

• Resolution Full HD
• Brightness 3600 Lumens
• Dynamic contrast ration 22,000:1
• Connectivity at least 1 HDMI in and Audio out 3.5 mm

1. Portable Speaker:

• Sensitivity 93dB+/-3dB
• Power 150W – Peak 180W
• Support SD Cards, USB, Bluetooth Connectivity, 3.5mm AUX jack
• Portable with rechargeable battery at least 1800 mAh

The bid must include:

• A financial breakdown of prices per unit item.
• Total cost including tax.
• Specifications of items requested and brands proposed.
• Delivery Timeline and locations
• Delivery options to multiple locations in Lebanon
