NOTICE OF OPEN AND CONTINUOUS CALL FOR QUOTATION REF No : ACOC/BEI/001/2024 for “truck chartering services “

Handicap International/Humanity & Inclusion hereinafter referred to as “HI” is an independent and impartial aid organization working in situations of poverty and exclusion, conflict, and disaster. We work alongside people with disabilities and vulnerable populations, taking action and bearing witness in order to respond to their essential needs, improve their living conditions, and promote respect for their dignity and fundamental rights.

In connection with the current humanitarian crisis, Handicap International/Humanity & Inclusion with its Atlas Logistics project proposes to provide to the humanitarian actors engaged in the response free road transportation services within the crisis affected areas, as well as pre-delivery temporary warehousing services. This will help the actors already present in the areas make their response more efficient and cost effective, while new actors, so far limited in their intervention by logistic and budget constraints, will be enabled to launch emergency operations.

Atlas Logistics intends to launch a Notice of open and continuous call for quotation of “truck chartering services “  in Lebanon under the REF No: ACOC/BEI/001/2024 as specified in the attached note of publication with the aim to award contracts for truck chartering services on the basis of transport requests from its platform services partners according to different batches.
