Job Summary:

The HR Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. He/She will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings on job boards and organization website.
  • Screen resumes and applications, and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate background checks.
  • Prepare and distribute new hire orientation materials.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting employee orientation sessions.
  • Ensure all required paperwork and documentation are completed by new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job changes, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Prepare and file HR-related paperwork and reports.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with benefit providers and process related paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave.
  • Process timesheets and ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Assist with HR audits and reporting.
  • Handle basic employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR personnel.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee information.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years’ work experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Data entry precision and accurately recording information without errors.
