RFQ of Agricultural Tools

Under the project "Improving Food Security, Livelihoods, and Inclusion of Women and Vulnerable Groups, and Promoting Gender Equality in North Lebanon," funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of the Federal Republic of Germany through the sponsor organization RET Germany (www.RETGermany.de) and in cooperation with GATE Lebanon, we are seeking suppliers for various agricultural tools.

The tools needed include:

• Pruning Shears
• Pruning Saw
• Agricultural Pest Magnifier
• Backpack Sprayer
• Portable Harvesting Bag
• Harvesting Shears
• Gloves
• Safety Goggles

Requirements:

1. Technical Specifications: Suppliers must provide detailed technical specifications in one PDF file for all requested tools.
2. Quality and Certification: All tools must be of high quality and come with certificates proving their origin (European or American-made).
3. Pricing: All prices must be quoted in Euros. VAT should be clearly stated, if not, it will be considered included in the price.
4. Delivery: Suppliers must state if there will be any additional delivery charges to the North or Akkar.
5. Delivery Location: Tripoli, or Akkar.
6. Offer Validity: Offers should be valid for 60 days from the submission deadline.
7. Offer Type of File: all offers should be in PDF Format.
8. Evaluation Criteria: The selection will be based on the respect of the Specification, Source of the tools, Quality, then by Price
9. Samples: Supplier are required to provide samples of the tools offered.
