3.1 To be responsible for managing the Lebanon Office, helping ensure that the aims of FGB are achieved according to objectives and directions as set by the Board of Directors. The OM responsibilities in this area include:
3.1.1 Office management and development including all assets owned by FGB Liban
3.1.2 Business planning
3.1.3 Public and Government relations
3.1.4 Church Relations
3.2 To plan, organize and manage all Financial and Accounting procedures of the office, in compliance with the FGB-Liban general Business Procedures, which include the following:
3.2.1 Office budgeting
3.2.2 Office accounts management
3.2.3 Office budget reporting and monitoring
3.2.4 Office financial management & reporting
3.2.5 Office Internal audit
3.2.6 Cash flow management
3.2.7 Monitors and approves expenditures as per set limits
3.3 Manages and supervises the Personnel Department, which includes the following:
3.3.1 Approves monthly payroll transactions
3.3.2 Personnel management
3.3.3 Personnel policy implementation
3.3.4 Personnel recruitment
3.3.5 Personnel training co-ordination and planning
3.3.6 Prayer and pastoral support
3.3.7 Staff evaluation
3.3.8 Oversees attendance records
3.4 Supervises and manages the daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth flow of activities and that the operation is uninterrupted. Including:
3.4.1 Business policy monitoring
3.4.2 Hospitality & International travel co-ordination
3.4.3 IT management and support
3.4.4 Office equipment management
3.4.5 Office space planning and management
3.4.5 Purchasing
3.4.6 Support office relations
3.5 Manages the daily Operation and field work of FGB Liban. Including:
3.5.1 Organizes, implements and oversees children camps throughout the year
3.5.2 Organizes, implements and oversees children events at schools, churches and other similar activities throughout the fiscal year;
3.5.4 Oversees all ministry operations in the field;
3.5.5 Works closely with the marketing Department to continuously provide them with regular reports on all activities (camps, events and campaigns) with facts, stories and photos within a timely manner.
