FEMALE is a community based non-profit grassroot feminist organization that works towards a just and safe world for women and girls in all their diversities through driving social-behavioral changes, movement building, knowledge production and dissemination, and policy reform.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Create multimedia content for social media and visibility items design
  • Support in providing editorial guidance, ensuring messages conveyed through audio-visual products are sharp, compelling and current
  • Support in identifying the best potential creative production partners, and maximize the quality of execution
  • All material produced must be done so in accordance with FEMALE’s informed consent principles, communication guidelines, and protection policies – approved by the audiovisual coordinator.
  • Archive and organize all raw footage of photos captured and content, on a monthly basis to one common big physical Hard Disk.
  • Ensures compliance with FEMALE’s code of conduct, and gender and child protection policies.
  • Demonstrate excellent creative, design and artistic skills.
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Conduct research and come up with creative ideas for audio-visual production
  • Create graphics, illustrations and animation content for social media and visibility items designs
  • Attend and contribute to the meeting every three months with audiovisual team and the Digital Media Marketing Coordinator, to discuss suggestions for improvements and adjustments in visibility and content.
  • Attend and contribute to the audiovisual team’s monthly meeting to suggest new ideas for creative content

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Adobe softwares, and Animation Software is an addition.
  • Knowledge of gender and familiarity with the human rights and feminist work approaches.
  • Excellent knowledge of Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Excellent skills in time management and problem-solving
