The digital media campaign coordinator will be recruited on a consultancy basis for 4 months in order to manage and implement an online campaign that will be run on Fe-Male’s social media and website.
Major Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement a results-driven social media strategy for the campaign;
- Support in developing engaging content in Arabic and English for social media platforms;
- Write, edit, and post campaign’s content for Fe-Male’s website and social media posts;
- Interact with audience and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments;
- Coordinate implementation of the campaign, including continuous follow up with different Fe-Male team members and consultants engaged;
- Review analytics and prepare a final social media reports for the campaign including reach and analysis;
- Report to and work closely with Fe-Male’s co-directors to ensure content produced is informative and appealing and abides with the organization’s ethics and visibility guidelines;
- The position holder may be required to undertake other duties that are broadly in line with the above key duties.
Qualifications:
- Relevant university degree in journalism, communications or related field;
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a media or an NGO environment, with experience in successfully leading the development and implementation of communication and campaign strategies for women’s rights in Lebanon;
- Proven experience in producing, editing and disseminating multimedia content for online audiences and different online platforms management;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic;
- Gender-sensitive and familiarity with the human rights and feminist work approach;
- Awareness of best practices in user experiences and design.
