Social Cohesion Trainer

Fair Trade Lebanon is looking for external consultants to organize round tables / trainings to support municipalities in creating social cohesion between the communities. This activity should cover the following objectives:

• Reduce tensions between host and refugee communities
• Encourage economic inclusiveness of women
• Support municipalities in adopting inclusive approach with refugees and vulnerable people

Consultant(s) can send their proposal for the proposed training. This session will also include team building, positive communication, teamwork, conflict sensitivity and resolution, communication skills and cultural awareness.

Consultants will design and prepare the content of each session.

Author a comprehensive, hands-on handbook based on the content of the courses.

They will provide FTL with the required material to be shared with the beneficiaries.

Trainings / roundtables might be organized online if mobility is restricted due to COVID-19 pandemic.

The trainings will be organized in the targeted villages: Ferzol, Majdel Anjar, Sultan Yaacoub, Kfarzabad and Jeb Jannine (location are subject to changes based on their commitment)
