Supply of Rental Vehicles and Drivers_QUDRA 2

Expertise France is responsible for implementing in Lebanon a program aiming to support the Syrian refugee population and the Lebanese host communities. The program seeks to improve social cohesion between communities in Lebanon through a comprehensive and local approach. The program “QUDRA– Resilience for Syrian refugees, IDPs and host communities in response to the Syrian and Iraqi crises’” is a regional action co-financed by the EU Regional Trust Fund in Response to the Syrian Crisis (EUTF Syria), the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID).

In the framework of this program Expertise France, with the support of the Ministry of Social Affairs in Lebanon is seeking to rent public transport vehicles (Buses, including drivers and fuel) for up to 13Social Development Centers (SDCs).

The services required by the Contracting Authority are to supply rental of buses including drivers and fuel for the transport of beneficiaries from/to the Social Development Centers (SDC).

Expertise France wishes to rent on a monthly basis up to 13 Large/medium size Buses (e.g. Mitsubishi Rosa, Otokar, Nissan civilian, Hyundai H1, or similar) that can fit in between 10 to 24+ passengers.
