Dexis Consulting Group, a U.S.-based international development consulting firm, is recruiting for long-term specialists for an anticipated five-year USAID program supporting the job creation and the growth of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Lebanon. The program will focus on three main objectives: 1) Job creation through increased competitiveness of Lebanese businesses; 2) Improve Lebanon'ss business enabling environment; 3) Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing with public and private sectors.
Areas of desired expertise include:
SME development
Trade and export promotion
Grants and subcontract management
Gender equity and youth inclusion
Workforce development
Communications and monitoring and evaluation
Policy reform
Desired qualifications include:
Minimum 7 years of experience in one or more of the above areas
Experience working on international and/or USAID funded programs
Knowledge of SME sector support programming in Lebanon
Degree in related field
Exceptional entrepreneurial, management, and communications skills
Fluency in English, Arabic, and/or French
