About the job
The overall aim of that internship is to support the HR department in their administrative work whilst the candidate selected would gain experience in that department.
Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
- Filing and scanning
- Distribute documents to staff
- Collecting documents from staff
- Arrange tests/interviews
- Prepare work/NSSF certificates
- Responsible of the storage room – check inventory and missing items to be ordered
- Update HR and Admin trackers
- Check documents of new comers and leavers
- Request contracts, IDs and medical insurance cards
- Assist in preparing Job advertisements
- Any other task relevant to the work of the department
About you
To be successful in this role we expect you to be undergraduated or fresh graduated in business administration.
Moreover, we also expect the following:
Required
- Familiarity with HR work, good knowledge in Excel and ability to fit well within the team
- Basic in English

We offer
Contract length: 6 months
Band/Level: 8000LBP per Working day as Transportation allowance
Duty Station: North
Start date: First of July 2020
