ناطرين/Natreen - Danish Refugee Council Photo Exhibition by Leila Alaoui
The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is pleased to announce the opening reception of the photography exhibition "ناطرين/Natreen” on Friday November 29th from 6 to 9pm at Station Beirut.
Sponsored by the European Commission Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection Department (ECHO), the exhibition showcases portraits of displaced Syrians in Lebanon.
French-Moroccan multimedia artist Leila Alaoui, in coordination with DRC staff, toured Lebanon to meet the men, women, and children of the crisis. Their accounts of resilience will be presented through a collection of large format photographs.
The exhibition will run from Friday November 29th until Sunday December 1st. Opening hours from 10am to 5pm.
