Job Placement and Orientation Officer
Role Overview:
The Job Placement and Orientation Officer focuses on enhancing vocational training and employment support to improve livelihood opportunities for beneficiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen vocational training and employment support components.
- Provide career counseling and job orientation services.
- Develop partnerships with local businesses to facilitate job placements.
- Conduct labor market assessments to identify employment opportunities.
- Organize workshops and training sessions on job readiness and soft skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in job placement, vocational training, or employment services.
- Understanding of local labor market dynamics and workforce development.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and job placement software
