Codi is looking to hire a passionate, organised, and analytical individual who can join the team as an Analyst to support the Management team to drive Codi to scale. This is a multi-faceted role across key areas of responsibility and will require excellent organisation and communication skills. Codi Analyst will primarily report into Codi Director with secondary reporting responsibilities into Codi Head of Partnerships and Codi M&E (Monitoring & Evaluation) Officer. The position is based in our HQ office in Gemmayze, Beirut.
Responsibilities (incl. deliverables):
1. Student outreach & recruitment: responsible for all Codi applicant enquiries, streamline student outreach and recruitment processes for Codi’s Core and Computer Literacy (CL) programmes (cross location: Beirut / Tripoli / 3rd Location being announced soon)
2. Impact monitoring support: work with Codi Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer to monitor Codi impact data through periodical collection of data based on predetermined project indicators (being developed)
3. Codi Alumni coordination: keep in regular contact with the Codi alumni, particularly post graduation, follow their employment status and organise regular alumni meet-ups to foster and engage the Codi community
4. General Admin support: support the Codi Management team on general adminstrative tasks (e.g daily communication on key Codi digital channels / management of Codi's Ecosystem database / crowdfunding campaigns / internal and external operational documentation)
Profile Requirements:
Highly motivated, proactive, autonomous, organised and dependable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Good knowledge of Microsoft / Google products (especially Excel and Sheets)
Fast-learner, happy to work independently and good teamplayer
Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Candidate - What we look for:
Fluency in English (Arabic & French preferred but not required)
Enthusiastic, well-organised, efficient, flexible, keen to learn new skills
Ability to participate within a multidisciplinary team and act autonomously as relevant
Analytics and business development experience (preferred)
