The USAID-funded Lebanon Agriculture and Rural Empowerment (ARE) Activity, implemented by Chemonics International, aims to develop rural economies in Lebanon through support to the agro-food sector and other industries to unlock local and export sales potential while also creating jobs and increasing farmers' and workers' incomes. 

Chemonics through this Indefinite Quantity Subcontract (IQS) Request for Proposals (IQS RFP) is soliciting proposals from companies and organizations to provide Data Collection and Research Services.

Chemonics anticipates issuing one or more awards under this solicitation. The award(s) will be in the form of an indefinite quantity subcontract (IQS) (s) with Sub-Task Orders (STOs) issued priced on a firm fixed price basis.
