Administration Manager in Hammana, Mount Lebanon.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the administrative department, with a focus on day-to-day operations and interacting with the operations team
Intercept phone calls from potential patients and their families and answer their questions in a professional and informative manner
Schedule appointments and manage patient records
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication
Develop and implement new administrative initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in an administrative management role
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience intercepting and handling phone calls in a professional and customer-focused manner
