Minimum Qualifications :
1. Minimum 10 Years of experience in relevant field. Prior experience in the water sanitation sector of Lebanon delivering design, feasibility studies, technical specialist inputs and/or utility management activities in the international development sector.
2. Demonstrated commitment and adherence to the highest levels of ethical social and environmental good practice in developing and remote contexts.
3. Strong track record of working in an integrated manner within an interdisciplinary and international team to achieve project outcomes while building capability and capacity of national counterparts.
4. Demonstrated ability to adapt and respond to rapidly evolving project contexts.
5. Demonstrated track record of delivering accurate, well written, and fit for purpose deliverables on time and within budget.
6. A strong understanding of international development practice.
7. If applicable to the role you are applying for, you are a Chartered Engineer and/or Registered Architect (or equivalent).
8. Fluent in Arabic and English
