Care And Support For People Living With Hiv In Lebanon

With our partner Soins Infirmiers et Developpement Communautaire, the project aims to improve the quality of life for people living with HIV (PLHIV) and their families in Lebanon by providing a more holistic care and support package of services for PLHIV and their families. Activities include provision of professional counseling (individual and group) for PLHIV and their families; social support for very vulnerable PLHIV and their families; training of health and social workers on appropriate care for PLHIV and their families; and capacity building of PLHIV to educate and support PLHIV to access services and make healthy choices. Ultimately, this project will enhance the rights, dignity and quality of life for PLHIV and their family members.

Overall Objectives: 
This project aims to ensure sustained improvement in the quality of life for People Living with HIV and their families in Lebanon.
