- Conduct performance monitoring to projects by following up on targets and achievements
- Assess and report all risks and challenges being faced during the implementation of the programs
- Provide feedback to the Project Coordinators on project strategies and activities
- Collect the data needed to support the process of situational monitoring
- Recommend improvements to the components of the logical framework and assess the suitability and practicality of the indicators and means of verification used
- Contribute in the establishing of MEAL plans for projects
- Support the MEAL unit in establishing the M&E tools needed
- Use quantitate and qualitative tools to collect the data needed from the field
- Contribute to the writing of the client satisfaction surveys
- Contribute to the writing of quarterly and final evaluation reports for projects
- Follow up on the quality of the data reported from the field/regional centers and provide recommendations for improvement
- Contribute to the development of the reporting systems employed to serve the programs
- Support project coordinators in collecting and reporting data to the donors
- Identify bottlenecks in procedures, practices or activities and recommend improvements
- Contribute to the setting of Key performance indicators to Caritas’ departments and units
- Support the MEAL unit in conducting the needed investigations to report sensitive cases
- Perform other duties as required
