DUTIES:
. Conducts site visits to monitor, analyze gaps and proceed with quality improvement plans for each health unit, mainly in the following fields: (Infection control, risk management, environmental and waste services, occupational health and safety, clinical procedures, firefighting and safety), and others if requested.
• Educates and trains staff as to the quality improvement plan, and their respective responsibilities in carrying out the quality improvement program.
• Responsible for maintaining quality management documents, case files and correspondence in an organized, confidential and secure manner.
• Facilitate Quality Improvement Committees: Develop meeting agendas and facilitate meetings, and advise and assure that quality improvement ideas are carried out and evaluated.
• Actively participates on risk management and provide recommendation on prioritization of issues in risk assessment.
• Leads and participates in the accreditation process for PHCCs.
• Coordinates incoming complaints and proceeds with investigation and tracking resolution times.
• Contribute to the development of tools and resources to support the investigation of complaints.
• Prepares and sends regular reports to the primary healthcare centers.

ACADEMIC EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, or other related discipline
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
• 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience
• Experience with NGO is a plus
• Knowledge in Accreditation Standards, ISO, and Quality Improvement tool
