Call for Expression of Interest for the Design and Development of a web platform for Lebanese social enterprises
Beyond Group (BG), in consortium with Oxfam and COSV is implementing the Social Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Change (SEE Change) project funded by the EU. The project focuses on Social Entrepreneurship (SE) as a tool to support local development and enhance social stability. The consortium aims to strengthen social enterprises (SEs) to respond to the social and economic situation in Lebanon and advance the legal and institutional framework for SE.
As part of the project Beyond Group is seeking a software development firm to carry out the software development and design of the social entrepreneurship web platform. The objective of the assignment is to carry out the software development and design of a web platform that will provide access to a digital support ecosystem for Lebanese social entrepreneurs.
How to apply
Applicants interested in taking up the assignment, are requested to submit an Expression of Interest, indicating to what extent they comply with the set of organizational requirements and criteria detailed in the Terms of Reference.
A first selection will be carried out after the submission of the Expression of Interest and qualified applicants will move to stage 2 of this application process.
ONLY shortlisted Applicants will be invited to a closed call for submission of proposal (technical and financial) and will accordingly be informed by email and get access to the complete tendering documents and specifications.
All submissions must be received via email as indicated in the Terms of Reference document.
