Videographer and article writer - Food System Challenge – FSC

Context & Background

Berytech Foundation, as implementer to the Food System Challenge (FSC) Project, under contract number CSP02023_ACT4_12, is soliciting proposals from local Lebanese firms or individuals that can support on the below scope of work.

Offerors should take note that this TOR does not obligate Berytech to execute a subcontract nor does it commit Berytech to pay for any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of any proposals for this solicitation. Furthermore, Berytech reserves the right to reject any and all offers, if such action is considered to be in the best interest of Berytech.

Scope of work

The Consultant’s scope of work is expected to fulfill to the following:

1. Written articles:

• One short article (800-1000 words) from interviews
• One long article (1000-1300 words) from interviews

1. Filmed videos:

• One basic video

• 1-2 minutes
• Filming in 1-3 locations inside greater Beirut
• 1 camera – 1 microphone – 1 light
• Editing
• Adding royalty-free music
• Providing social media bits
• 2 rounds of review
• Transportation and logistics included

• One advanced video:

• 3-5 minutes
• Filming in 1-3 locations outside greater Beirut
• 1 camera – 1 microphone – 1 light
• Editing
• Adding royalty-free music
• Providing social media bits
• 3 rounds of review
• Transportation and logistics included.

The above works are to be done upon Berytech’ s request and based on the project needs.

Qualifications

Timeline And Application

The selected Consultant is expected to start his/her activities the soonest after selection; exact timeline and effective working days are to be set based on both company’s and Consultant’s availabilities.

Candidates should submit the following documents.

• Technical (maximum two pages) describing the methodology to conduct the work based on the content suggested in section: “Scope of Work, Outputs, and Deliverables” elaborating it further.
• Profile and project references (maximum two pages): A brief explanation of the consultant(s) background should be submitted (CVs shall be included as annex) along with project references on the topic.
• Financial Proposal describing the expected renumeration and the proposed timeframe of the intervention.
