Context & Background

 

Berytech is a leading organization in the Entrepreneurial Eco-system in Lebanon, that aims to provide a conducive environment for the creation and development of startups, through incubation, business support, counseling, funding, networking, and the company hosting, hence taking part in the economic revival of the country, participating in wealth and job creation, and retaining graduates and high-level skills in Lebanon.

 

The Accelerator Program's mission is to nurture and grow disruptive ideas, proof of concepts, and prototypes that share three common characteristics:

  1. A disruptive scientific or technological focus in the Clean-tech sector.
  2. The possibility to scale beyond the local market
  3. The potential to create sustainable job opportunities locally

 

Scope of work

 

The Accelerator Program seeks a Social Media Campaign Manager to conduct a one-month campaign for multiple startups to execute a social media campaign with A/B tests and deliver a performance report. The scope of work is defined below:

Account Management/Strategic Planning

  • Design and develop a digital acquisition strategy which achieves the objectives set by the startup
  • Develop and present a quarterly media plan which leverages a diverse set of acquisition strategies and channels to reach audiences
  • Develop creative testing plans
  • Manage all aspects of the paid media campaigns
  • Provide weekly updates on the process of campaigns through detailed weekly reports and analytics per startup
  • Participate in a weekly call with the startup and the accelerator management team
  • Provide ongoing strategic advice and planning based on results; continually optimize for the best possible CPA/ROI and adjust media plan accordingly per startup
  • Monitor and report on all key metrics and overall ROI per startup
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative analytics reports and evaluations on the impact of the digital campaign, including key metrics and overall ROI. (leads, optimization, landing page conversions)
  • Provide optimization and performance evaluation to achieve better results.

Paid Online Media Methodology and Implementation

  • Provide methodology or systems for purchasing search engine keywords; implement this channel and ensure an overall positive ROI
  • Provide strategy and methods for bidding/negotiating with vendors to buy space for banners; implement channel and achieved agreed upon CPA/ROI
  • Provide a strategy for retargeting and perform retargeting activities
  • Provide leads generation to convert as per the metrics agreed upon per startup

Campaign and projects ongoing optimization

Optimization, adjustments, and recommendations to digital acquisition per startup,

to achieve traction.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Social media manager
  • Proven experience in Media Buying
  • Proven experience in campaign launches
  • Experience working with early-stage startups
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Impeccable copywriting skills
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strategic in thinking and analytical in execution
