Program Background and Context

QOOT is the first Lebanese agri-food consortium that brings together Lebanese enterprises, rising SMEs, multinational companies, knowledge providers, support institutions, and investment entities to collaboratively catalyze and innovate the agri-food sector in Lebanon.As part of its strategy, QOOT aims at helping its members improve and upscale their agri-food business by providing tailored-made consultancy solutions using the help of experts. As such, the one-on-one business advisory clinic was created so agri-food business owners can discuss with an expert for an hour or an hour and a half session the bottlenecks they are facing in the aspect of digital marketing and receive solutions that would help upgrade their businesses. The clinics are set do be conducted on the 14th and 15th of July.

Scope of Work

QOOT Cluster seeks a Digital Marketing and Social Media consultant to support the QOOT members in their social media presence, and digital marketing strategy. The consultant will be asked to do the following:

  • Handle up to 10 QOOT members
  • Conduct a 15 - 20 minutes online call with the QOOT members to get introduced on their businesses and discuss the aspects in need of support,
  • Identify the bottlenecks and the problems that the business is facing in terms of its digital marketing and social media plan
  • Conduct a physical 60-minute session with the business owner to discuss the solutions and recommendations they can use to improve their digital marketing strategy and social media presence.

Deliverables

  • A Report on the findings and the recommendations provided for each QOOT member.
  • Identification of the most effective ways of advertising or marketing companies' products or services using various digital technologies.
  • Suggest improvements to existing strategies of the company and identify opportunities to increase customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in coaching and delivering clinics in the related field
  • Proven and Practical experience in the related field of expertise

 

How to apply

- Technical (maximum two pages) describing the methodology to conduct the work based on the content suggested in section: “Scope of Work and Deliverables” elaborating it further.

- Profile and project references (maximum two pages): A brief explanation of the consultant(s) background should be submitted (CVs shall be included as annex) along with project references on the topic.

- Financial Proposal describing the expected renumeration and the proposed timeframe of the intervention.
