Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support and guidance to CP and Edu team (FPSS assistants, volunteers, ABLN teachers, education staff)
- Asses the daily quality of staff performance and implementation of programming.
- Provide technical support and inputs towards child protection programming – including FPSS, child protection monitoring, and ABLN and child friendly space activities.
- Support and contribute to the organization and implementation of all protection, education and child protection activities.
- Facilitate referrals and coordination to child cases that are in need for other needed services (including legal, mental health and education referrals)
- Conduct regular supervision meetings with all CP and ABLN staff, providing technical advice on cases and supporting the wellbeing of CP team.
- Implement, with the support of M&E team protection and education monitoring activities at the field level.
- Supervise follow-up monitoring visits to ensure that needs have been met sufficiently and beneficiary will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the assistance received.
- Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate the protection and ABLN activities on a monthly basis, in coordination with other stakeholders involved in protection.
- Organize and ensure monitoring of the activities in conducted in collaboration with the IRC M&E team.
- Ensure efficient and effective program implementation while following the budget and work plan.
- Participate in preparing monthly/quarterly/annual highlights/reports and proposals and budgets for donors.
- Lead the team in carrying out monitoring and evaluation exercises in coordination with the MEAL team.
- Collaborate with relevant internal and external technical experts on child protection relevant issues.
- Represent IRC at child protection sub sector meetings and other relevant technical coordination meetings.
- Ensure integration with other sectors, particularly protection, GBV, education and livelihoods
- Monitor and evaluate projects, in coordination with the MEAL team.
- Plan and coordinate proactively logistics and movements of staff from and to different operational areas.
- Ensure distribution plans are prepared and shared with logistics in a timely manner.
- Any other duties relating to the nature of the job as requested by the Manager.

Education Degree Details:
Bachelor Degree in Social work, Counseling, psychology, education, or other related field.
Master degree in social work and/or psychology (Desirable).
3 to 5 years of experience as a child protection caseworker, completed training on National CP Case Management SOPs.
Experience in Education sector is preferable .
Previous experience in international organizations with humanitarian settings.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, respect, non-discrimination and safety of client at all times.
Excellent case management, psychosocial support, Education experience, and communication skills.
