We kindly request you to submit your quotation for the following service:
“Provision of Cash Transfer Services for 75 Beneficiaries.”
The selected financial institution will be responsible for securely transferring cash payments to 75 beneficiaries who will be participating in a Cash-for-Work (CfW) activity focused on irrigation channel cleaning. The beneficiaries will be engaged in work for 10 days and will receive a total of $120 USD each at the end of the period.
- 50% of beneficiaries are Lebanese and 50% are Syrian refugees.
- Beneficiaries are from the following areas:
- Bhanine
- Mohamara
- Bebnine
- Wadi Al Jamous
The evaluation of quotations will be based solely on the transaction fees and total cost of providing the cash transfer service.
The selected financial institution will receive a list of beneficiaries, including phone numbers and ID details, to facilitate the payments efficiently.

Quotations must be submitted by Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 12:00 PM via:

It is the supplier's responsibility to ensure that the quotation reaches the specified email address or office before the deadline. Late submissions, regardless of reason, will not be considered. Ensure that the RFQ and the Annex-01 (BoQ) are signed, stamped, and free from viruses or corrupted files.
