  • Leads and monitors youth activities implemented at the organization including workshops, vocational trainings, campaigns, community events and youth-led initiatives among other youth support related activities.
  • Coordinates and monitors the implementation of workshops to ensure consistency of methodology and objectives.
  • Support managing the budget and expenditures of Youth program activities.
  • Deliver training workshops that might include Life Skills, Job Readiness, Career Guidance Entrepreneurship Skills and/or Technology-based training workshops to youth.
  • Networks with local organizations to ensure effective implementation of activities.
  • Supports the assessment of the impact of youth activities on beneficiaries.
  • Ensures the activities targets of beneficiaries are met on time.
  • Reports to Youth Support Programme Coordinator on activities progress and outcomes as well as the implementation of monitoring tools.
  • Ensures the activities are well documented in terms of visibility, reporting, attendance sheets and other related documents.
  • Builds volunteers capacities and supervises them to work on project-related activities.
  • Ensure coordination and provide support with other programs in the center to ensure holistic service delivery for he community.
  • Support center administration, management, IT and resource allocation as requested by the supervisor.
  • Implement and support logistic duties including the receipt of items and managing supplies and tools.
  • Represents the organization in related events.
  • Other duties as requested by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in youth coordination, technical training, or project management.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
  • Proficiency in using technical tools and technology-related equipment.
  • Experience working with NGOs or community-based organizations is an asset.
  • Priority will be given to Male candidates from Wadi Zayneh and neighboring areas.
